JAMS

Cristal Carranza is the practice development manager at JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution services worldwide. Based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area, she specializes in marketing, business and practice development across Detroit, Minneapolis and St. Louis. Carranza is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association, contributing to its Strategies & Voices editorial committee.

Greta Kelly
MBM Law

Greta Kelly has almost 15 years of experience in legal marketing, currently serving as director of marketing for MBM Law. Kelly leads all facets of strategic marketing and communications for a highly respected Pittsburgh-based law firm. She oversees programs spanning digital content, attorney thought leadership, firm branding, SEO optimization and client communications. In this role, she is instrumental in shaping the firm’s brand presence across diverse channels while ensuring alignment with overall business development objectives. She earned her bachelor of arts degree in journalism from The Ohio State University, earned a certification in desktop publishing from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and gained a Digital Marketing certification through Good2BSocial.
